Why Coach Doc

I don't look like a Ph.D., and I don't speak like one either. I grew up in rough neighborhood. I learned to read behavior for survival, and I turned that skill into a superpower. I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Ph.D. in applied behavioral analysis, taught at every level from elementary school to graduate programs, published my research in flagship journals, coached varsity football, and delivered 30+ keynotes across industries worldwide putting what I learned to work.

 

I've been through it, I've studied it, I've applied it to my own life, and I've seen it work for thousands of others. I translate the science into strategies anyone can use. I don’t do guru hype. I engage my audience with stories, humor, and practical, evidence-based actions they can put to work today to create real change.
