There is an elegance in simplicity, yet we often overcomplicate the very things that help us grow.
My work is grounded in resilience, empathy, and transformation. I blend lived experience, academic study, and behavioral science to deliver practical, down-to-earth insight that helps people elevate their everyday lives. My goal is simple: translate complex ideas into small, intentional actions that lead to meaningful change across health, relationships, career, and purpose.
Whether I’m speaking to individuals, teams, or organizations, my focus remains the same. It is helping people understand their patterns, align their actions, and move closer to their true potential.
My Personal Journey
I was born into a family built on resilience and strength in Pasadena, California. Growing up, I watched my father battle addiction while navigating environments shaped by challenge and uncertainty. At a young age, I learned to observe behavior for self-preservation... a skill that would later shape the direction of my life.
In college, I studied psychology and realized that what began as a survival skill had become a strength. I could see behavior patterns in individuals, teams, and environments in ways many people missed. I began developing that ability to help others better understand themselves and live more intentional, fulfilling lives.
Not long after, life gave me a reason to turn that lens inward.
While playing college football, I suffered a devastating knee injury that left me in a medically induced coma for three days. It took nine months to walk and run again. During that time, I leaned fully into behavioral science, habit building, and wellness to retrain my mind and rebuild my body. That experience changed me. It deepened my belief in the power of small, consistent shifts and solidified my desire to help others do the same.
I went on to earn my PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis while coaching varsity football and starting a family. Since then, I’ve taught at every level, from elementary school to graduate programs, and worked as a behavior consultant for individuals and organizations. Everything I share comes from what I’ve studied, practiced, lived, and seen work in real life.
